Cancellation Policy for Diving & Snorkeling activities
It is understood that you accept all terms and conditions outlined below.
If the cruise ship or Ferry does not make the planned stop in Cozumel we will refund your payment minus an $5 per person processing fee.
Any type of cancelation must occur at least 48 hours prior to trip date to be considered for a refund. It is your responsibility to [email protected]or call our toll free number 866-465-1616 with any changes- including re-routing changes or arrival times. *Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
If ERD must cancel the tour due to weather or circumstances beyond our control you will receive a refund less the processing fee. PLEASE NOTE: A little rain does not halt our adventure! If the Cozumel port is open, we are too!
NO SHOWS will not be refunded nor is their deposit or payment transferable to others.
