Vacation Rental Reservations
In order to hold your vacation rental reservation, a payment of half the
total amount of the rental is required within one week of making the reservation.
If payment is not received within a week the reservation will be cancelled.
Payment should be made in the form of a check, money order or cashier's
check. You will receive e-mail confirmation or faxed confirmation when
your check is received.
The balance of the bill, including the 12% tax, is then due forty-five
days prior to arrival.
The security deposit check is also due 45 days prior to arrival. This
will be returned to you within 10 days of your vacation departure provided
no damage has been done.
