Dear Chellie,

We have returned from our cruise and from our diving experience with you all. I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you that you have an AWESOME employee in Raoul. He was such a GREAT help to us, and as nervous as I was, he did everything in his power to assure that I was okay at all times, and did his best to ensure that not only was I able to conquer my fears, but also that I was able to enjoy the experience tremendously. Jay did great. He was not nervous at all. Of course, after swimming in competition for 12 years straight, he takes to the water like a fish. The only thing that I regret is that I didn’t do this much sooner in my life. I can’t believe that I actually got to scuba dive for the first time at the age of 46.



Anyway, Jay also appreciated everything that Raoul did to ensure that I was safe, and that I was fine at all times while under the water. He said that it was a great comfort to know that Raoul was keeping an extremely close eye on me the entire time and that gave him such comfort that he was able to explore the ocean without having to worry about me.



We just wanted for you to know that we had an awesome time and that God truly blessed us by allowing Raoul to be our instructor/guide that day. Thank you again for the awesome experience and please pass our “thank you’s” on to Raoul once again.

Hola Chellie and Antonio,

The absolute highlight of our cruise was the day with you and the family from Arkansas. Our introductory dive experience did what it was supposed to do and that was get us excited to return to get certified.

First, I have to say a few things that must be mentioned. Chellie, your prompt replies via email put us at ease with the whole excursion. Additionally, the fact that you accommodated us with a one week notice was tremendous. Little did we realize that we would be guided by both of you.

We enjoyed meeting the family from Arkansas. Their three high school boys were also on their first dive experience. The smiles on their faces would be proof enough that they had a great time.

Antonio's dry land demonstrations and pre-dive class on the boat put everyone in my family at ease. Our college senior and sophomore felt comfortable and enjoyed the second tank dive with Antonio.(Chellie, Lisa said she enjoyed the conversation on the boat when the five kids did a second dive and three parents snorkeled above.)

We have a lot of wonderful memories from our cruise. However, the fondest memory we have is our scuba diving day with you.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful of a trip we had to Cozumel, due solely to the diving experience we had with you. It is really nice to see people that really enjoy what they are doing for a living.

I have not stopped talking about our trip since we have been back. I have told everyone that I know, that they have got to make a trip to Cozumel and dive with you guys. The only thing that could have made that trip any better would have been able to spend more time in Cozumel and made a multi day dive. I have already talked one friend into changing their vacation plans and schedule a dive trip with Eagle Ray Divers.
So they will be contacting you shortly.

Again thank you for an experience that my wife and I will never forget and can't wait until the next time. Attached is a picture of Susie and Arturo preparing for the first dive of the day. Due to children, it had been 20 years since she last scuba dived and you can tell by the smile on her face that she was going to enjoy every moment. Thank you for being everything we were hoping for.

We all wanted to extend our sincere thanks for a great dive trip in Cozumel.
When we arrived at port our ship cancelled all their dive trips due to weather. Our group was so greatful we scheduled our diving with Eagleray. It turned out the weather wasn't that bad and you guys showed us a great time. We had 19 uncertified divers who did the Discover SCUBA and 3 certified divers. Your crew did a wonderful job teaching our Discover group, they are all hooked and want to come back.

I thought setting up a trip with this many people would be a nightmare, but you made it so easy.

Thanks again for a great dive trip. We'll be back to see you soon.

Thanks again for making our stop in Cozumel the highlight of our cruise. We had such a wonderful time. Before our trip, we did a lot of research before deciding to do the discovery scuba. With all we had read, we arrived with pretty high expectations. Let me say you well exceeded them! Chellie you were so helpful and prompt in answering all of our emails. Antonio is a great instructor, very patient and always made us feel safe. You make a great team! The best part was the individual attention you gave to our family. I tell everyone how wonderful it was, that just the six of us got to go scuba diving with you two.

We were so lucky to have found out about Eagle Ray Divers. We can't say enough. On a scale of 1-10 the kids gave it an 11!! Way to go!

Chellie,

It's hard to believe it has already been 4 months since our excursion with you! My husband still talks about his dive with Mario who immediately put him at ease about being a first time diver.

Lynzi and Lesli are proud of their accomplishment of learning to snorkel. They explain to all their friends how easy you made it for them! It's hard not to smile just remembering how much fun they had.


Daniel enjoyed the drinks and watermelon you provided the best! Being only 2 at the time, he was in heaven sitting on the boat, eating, drinking and watching his sisters and daddy in the water. He'd wait for you to call his name and wave to him then he say, "Mama, Chellie waved to me!"


Thank you for making my whole family feel so comfortable learning something new. We were the only ones on the Miguelito which is very unusual for excursions like this. Having the boat to myself and then looking across at other boats that were packed to the maximum, well I felt like queen for the day!

Hi Chellie,

I just want to tell you how much my brother and I enjoyed our dives with Arturo on 1-10-03. He could not have done a better job. We got there a little early, but he and Capt. Felpa were ready and waiting. We were amazed that we were the only 2 going. We definitely would not have gotten that kind of individual attention if we had gone on the diving excursion offered by the cruise ship we were on.

Arturo's briefings were very thorough leaving no question unanswered. He brought us to places of unbelievable beauty and allowed us the freedom to explore while pointing out interesting things to look at. During the surface interval between dives he showed us a book of aquatic life. We discussed what we saw during our dive and what to look out for on the next dive. The second dive was as good as the first. We were also impressed when he rode his bike somewhere to get us a taxi to get back to the ship.

I additionally want to thank you for your excellent correspondence prior to our trip. It was a pleasure speaking with you and your emails were very helpful. I want to let you know that my brother and I are planning to come back to Cozumel hopefully in the next year. We were so blown away by the experience of diving with Eagle Ray Divers that we can't wait to do it again.
