La Sirena Townhouse is one of the five
townhouses that make up Las Villas Mar y Sol, which is located between
two world class hotels and all they have to offer, and right across the
street from Cozumel's new golf course! Each is quite private. Three have
pools. All have a grassy, well manicured lawn between the patio and the

rattan furniture and has pictures and plants throughout to accentuate
the tropical feeling of island living and has central air-conditioning.
Between the patio and the beach are attractive plantings in a verdant
lawn, just the thing for getting the sand off the feet.

second floor and a third bedroom with bath on the third floor. The master
bedroom faces the ocean and has a king-size bed, private bath, and a balcony.
The other second-story bedroom faces the ocean and has twin beds and a
balcony. The third-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. |
