2008 RESERVATION POLICY for all diving and snorkeling activity:
(This does not include other tours or vacation rental properties)

Our dive and snorkel tours are reservation only. This means that we will not crowd you or oversell the tour. Help us keep these excursions exclusive by confirming your space now.

1. Once you confirm that you will be joining us, you will receive a payment invoice that will allow you to pay on-line (through PayPal). We ask that you complete this transaction within 7 business days. If we do not receive payment within 7 business days we will assume you are not interested and will release the reserved space unless you have contacted us and made other payment arrangements.

2. The payment receipt from PayPal is your official confirmation. Be sure to print out your paid receipt and bring it with you to the boat. Please make your way to our location in LA CALETA MARINA on the left hand side to the boats MIGUELITO AND CHUCHO VIVAS either by taxi or rental car.


2008 CANCELLATION POLICY for all DIVING AND SNORKELING activity.

Once you have paid, it is understood that you accept all terms and conditions outlined in our 2008 cancellation policy.

1. If the cruise ship or ferry does not make the planned stop in Cozumel we will refund your payment minus a $5 per person processing fee.

2. Any type of cancellation must occur at least 72 hours prior to trip date to be considered for a refund. If you are ADDING to a current reservation, we must be notified at least 72 hours prior to trip date to be able to properly accommodate those additions or to reschedule based on space available.

HOTEL GUEST- it is your responsibility to call the ERD office 987-872-5735 (from Playa Del Carmen or Cancun) or at 872-5735 if you are staying on the island to make those changes.

CRUISE SHIP GUEST- it is your responsibility to e-mail us chellie@eagleraydivers.com or call our toll free number 866-465-1616 from the ship with any changes- including ship re-routing changes or arrival times.

3. If ERD must cancel the tour due to weather, circumstances beyond our control or acts of God you will receive a refund less the processing fee. Please note: a little rain does not halt our adventure! If the Cozumel port is open, we are too!

4. NO SHOWS will not be refunded.

REFUND REQUESTS:
Any person seeking or entitled to a full or partial refund must contact us within 7days (1 week) of your tour date to request said refund. No refunds will be issued after that time period.
