Attention AOL users! We are having a very difficult time replying to folks with AOL accounts. Most of the time we don't know our e-mail hasn't reached you until we get a second or third e-mail from you saying you haven't heard from us. In AOL's attempt to filter spam they have also inadvertantly blocked e-mail from legitimate businesses and internet providers.

The best course of action, and probably the quickest, may be for you to provide us with a free web based e-mail address such as Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail that we can use for replying to you.

Inaddition, many e-mail service providers have added spam filtering software such as SpamCop and Blacklist to their services. In order to be sure that you receive our reply to your e-mail, please add us to your Safe Sender or white list within your spam filter configuration.
