DUNE BUGGY TOURS RESERVATION POLICY: (This policy refers only to the Jungle Dune Buggy Tour) Our tour is a reservation only tour. This means that we will not crowd you or oversell the tour. Help us keep this tour the exclusive eco adventure that it is by reserving your space and sending your deposit now. 1. Jungle Dune Buggy Tours requires a $20 (USD) per adult and $10 (USD) per child under 8 deposit in the form of a personal check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to: CHELLIE CASTELLANOS P.O.BOX 332 Bryant, AR (Arkansas) 72089-0332 Please include on a separate sheet of paper a list of each participant and their shoe size (if fins and mask are needed) and the date you will be reserving. 2. Once your deposit is received you will be given a confirmation number via e-mail. Remember you need to arrive at the Jungle Dune Buggy Tours office on 7th street, between 5th Ave and R. Melgar by 10:00am (local time) to check in and pay your remaining balance. 3. The remaining balance may be paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, US dollars, Mexican pesos or travelers checks. Please note: Jungle Dune Buggy Tours does not accept American Express. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. The Jungle Dune Buggy Tour goes out rain or shine. 2. Any/all cancellations will incur a service fee of $20 per adult and $10 per child under 8. 3. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour will be refunded the deposit after the fee is charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will result in no refund. Cruise ships guest are usually contacted through the cruise ship lines and they give advance notice of any itinerary changes, allowing enough time to cancel tours.
