2006 RESERVATION POLICY for all aquatic activity:
(This does not include the Dune Buggy Tour Policy)
Our dive and snorkel tours are reservations only. This means that
we will not crowd you or oversell the tour. Help us keep these excursions
exclusive by reserving your space and sending your deposit now.
1. Within 7 days of booking, please send a 20% deposit in the form of a personal check, cashier's check or money
order made payable to:

On the "note" or "memo" line of your check, please
note your tour date and the activity you have reserved (ie. Snorkeling,
Discover Scuba, etc).
Please include, on a separate sheet
of paper, a list of each participant and their shoe size (if fins
and mask are needed) and the date you will be reserving.
If we do not receive a deposit within 7 working days we will assume you are not interested and will no longer hold your space unless you have contacted us and made other payment arrangements.
2. Once your deposit is received we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If you are a cruise ship guest you will need to make your way to our location in LA CALETA MARINA on the left hand side to the boats MIGUELITO AND CHUCHO VIVAS either by taxi or rental car. Hotel guests will likewise need to meet us at the above location.
3. The remaining balance may be paid in the form of US dollars, Mexican pesos or traveler's checks once you arrive. Eagle Ray Divers does not accept personal checks for balance due.
Cruise Ship Guests: Please take any taxi to our location
in LA CALETA MARINA, on the left hand side, to the boats MIGUELITO
AND CHUCHO VIVAS
Hotel Guests: Due to the re-construction and repair of the hotel piers after Hurricane Wilma, we ask that you please make arrangements by taxi or rental car to meet us at LA CALETA MARINA.
2005-2006 CANCELLATION POLICY for all aquatic activities :
1. If the cruise ship or ferry does not make the planned stop in Cozumel you will receive your deposit.
2. Reservation changes and cancellations must occur at least 48 hours prior to date of trip to receive a refund.
CRUISE SHIP GUESTS- it is your responsibility to e-mail us ()
from the ship with any changes, including ship re-routing or arrival time changes.
HOTEL GUESTS- it is your responsibility to call us at 987-872-5735
(from Playa Del Carmen or Cancun) or at 872-5735 if you are staying
on the island to make those changes.
3. If ERD must cancel the tour due to weather, circumstances beyond our control or acts of God you will receive a refund. Please note: a little rain does not halt our adventure! If the Cozumel port is open, we are too!
4. No shows will not be refunded. Please note: if your party shows up with less than the number originally reserved, the original total balance due will be charged in full unless we are notified 48 hours in advance.
REFUND REQUESTS: Any person seeking or entitled to a full or partial refund must contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of your tour date with your refund request. No refunds will be issued after that time period.
